I am in love!

I have been in love with this boot for years. Have logged in many hours trying to find one similar to the veronica slouch, however, frye is a bit out of my price range. Came across this STEAL and could'nt pass it up. I have never been more pleased w/ any purchase, let alone an online one. Amazon is my new best friend. Customer service is stellar, and my boots arrived the next day. I havent taken them off since I opened the box. Since I have tried them on about 600 times I new they would fit perfect (very true to size) but I did'nt now they would be so comfortable. I also have the frye harness. Veronica much more comfy. Leather is butter soft and foot bed has lots of padding. (its an all dayer)I have large calves (15.5") and they fit them fine. You can adjust the shaft opening to fit smaller calves. So to summerize...If you've considered this boot, BUY IT!!!!!! you wont be disappointed.

I really wanted to love this boot.

I got the veronica slouch boot in dark brown. The color was really nice. I usually am a 8.5 shoe and that is what I ordered. It fit well with normal socks but if you want to use thick socks order 1/2 size up. I say they are true to size and my feet are not thin. The boots do look narrow when you are looking down at them. I have a few issues with this boot, one is they are made in mexico not USA, nothing wrong with being made in mexico, but I thought Frye was US made. (most frye boots are marked made in USA on bottom) If I loved them that would not matter. The real issue is the "slouch" The leather is really thin to add to the worn look but I feel that it takes away from the quality of the boot. If I pay that much for a boot I want it to be thick leather. Thick leather will slouch just as well if not better. They look funny with my jeans tucked into them because of the thin leather it looks bunchy. They do look pretty cute with a skirt or leggings if that is what you like. hope this helps.

beautiful boot, runs small

These boots are beautifully crafted - soft leather, great design. They run small. I am a consistent 10M but I had to go a 1/2 size up. One issue with this (and other riding boots) is that the exterior buckle can grab on your skirt hem (I've already ripped two while wearing these) -- Just something to think about. LOVE these boots otherwise -- soo comfortable and both casual and dressy.

*****This is a high-end luxury brush that truly delivers.There are two things you need to know when you're ready to buy a Mason Pearson brush of any sort. One is the size: full-size (the largest size), handy (medium sized), or pocket (the smallest size). This is important not so much because of where the brush will be kept (say, in your handbag), but because of the bristle length of the various sizes. The smaller sizes have shorter bristles. The bristles have to be able to reach your scalp, and massage it and distribute the oils throughout your hair. If you want a small brush but you have thick or long hair, you'd do better with a larger size.The other consideration is the bristle type. Do you want all nylon, like this Detangler? Even though the Detangler is all nylon, some of the bristles are longer and some are shorter, just like the mixed bristle brush. It's hard to see in the picture. You should know that the Detangler is the only Mason Pearson brush that can reach the scalp of extremely thick hair. All of the larger Mason Pearson brushes, including this one, come with a bristle brush, so that you can easily clean loose hairs out of your brush.The Detangler is a brush just like the other brushes, not something just to be used when your hair is tangled or your done shampooing. It is a fantastic brush for people with coarse hair or long hair or thick hair also. Even though my hair is very short, it is the only brush that works for me because my hair is so thick. This handy size is about eight inches long.It's quite a large expense to buy any Mason Pearson product compared to other manufacturers of hair care items--it's a luxury item and the purchase is an investment--but it's worth it. If you're the type of person who would rather enjoy an evening at home having your hair brushed by your spouse instead of going to dinner and a movie, then you can justify the cost. Rocksmith has caused me to spend money again!

I bought the Fender Squier guitar and amp last year. I bought the bass this year so I could begin to learn it as well. I like the bass but it took some getting used to. It is much heavier than the guitar and the strings are much thicker so it hurts your fingers. I am enjoying playing through songs on my Rocksmith game. I recommend both the guitar and bass for beginners to sit down and learn to play these instruments without being too expensive as both are priced reasonably. I bought the guitar at The Guitar Center, online. I bought the bass on Amazon. I was able to use a $50 credit, which made it less expensive. Both are in Sunburst so they look good sitting next to each other when not being played.

Poorly made, cheap fabric and filling. Not worth the money.

The fabic of the comforter is cheap and rough. The filling is thin and stiff -- not easy to sleep with. I bought this for my daughter as a gift and was embarrassed to give it to her. If she didn't like the pattern so much, I would have returned it. It certainly isn't worth the money. I have purchased much higher quality for less money.

Very Well-Made

I am very particular regarding shoes and these have it all. Best made shoe I have been able to find. Holds up extremely well and fits great. As an engineer I work mostly inside but also occassional get into the field. These work great for both functions. Look is a little funky with saddle shoe appearence but shoe itself is A+. Allen Edmonds rock!

I ordered three different pair of the Links model. Sizing was one issue. The shoe runs narrow, so my usual D needed adjustment to E width. Second issue involved craftsmanship and poor shaping of the front edge of the sole. When wearing the shoe it's the shaping of the sole that is visible and a smooth even curve that matches the vamp at the toe was achieved on two out of three pair of the Links model that I ordered.

nice mats

These are nice mats I also own the weather tech mats for my ford. I would have given them a 5 star if i had never seen the weather tech mats. If money is no object to you order the weather tech brand. I only paid 110 for these so not bad. I will have to see how the material will hold up seems thinner then my other mats like you could eventually wear a hole in them only time will tell. They said they are guaranteed for the life as long as you own the vehicle. They fit good in the 2010 2500 dodge megacab.

Big sigh of relief...

This is the ONLY pad that keeps my saddle from ending up on my mare's shoulders! After months of frustration and hundreds of dollars in saddle fitting fees, this pad was the simple answer.I already loved Back-on-Track products, so when a trainer friend told me how the ThinLine pads had solved one of her clients' saddle-slippage problems, I Google'd ThinLine and was thrilled to find this combination pad - with pockets for shims!The BoT does it's wonderful thing keeping her back warm and supple while the ThinLine insert keeps the saddle right where it's supposed to be!I first purchased a white one from another source, then quickly realized I should've bought the black one, so now I have both. BTW, the white one cleaned up to bright white washing as directed.

Quality Shoe, European Styling; there narrow fit

I own a pair of AE Strands, size D, however these "European Style" Vernons run narrow. I also ordered an E width and those are too wide. So for me, these had to be returned.As far as the shoes, the two pair I tried on were what you expect from Allen Edmonds, high quality, classy look and professional design.

FANTASTIC

I got these from a local shoe smith on clearance for $195. They are the best shoes I have ever owned. I disagree about the narrow fit that was mentioned in another review. Mine fit just fine. They do require a break in, but off the bat they are more comfortable that shoes of similar construction and design. I really think this brand is the best value in a high-end shoe with perhaps Mezlan being the next best.

My last pair of Allen Edmond shoes were close to 10 years old. They have held up with polishing the only maintenance they have had. The new ones look to have the same quality. I hate to part with the old one so I'm sending them back to get reconditioned.

I bought this because of the low price and the hope that I would not need to use a top tube adapter with this rack. I had a bad experience with a plastic single bike carrier which I returned and I didn't want to deal with extraneous pieces of equipment. The Rhode Gear Super Shuttle 2 is great, heavy-duty quality. I easily installed it without using the instructions. Very sturdy, very secure. I used it during some highway driving today and it didn't budge. I LOVE that I do not need to use a top tube adapter with this rack. I have a women's beach cruiser and it is incredibly easy to configure the cradles to fit most any bike. I use a bungee cord to secure the front wheel. Great bike rack. I would buy again and recommend to anyone.

Built to Last

I purchased my Rhode Gear bike rack in 1994, and still use it.Adapts well to vehicles. I have used it on 2 hatchbacks, a 4-door Camry, and just now, a SUV. It is still in great shape. The straps still adjust easily, and are easy to install on any vehicle. The rack itself is easy to adjust. Every time I have needed to use it, it is easy to install and adjust by yourself.Loading bikes. The rubberized tie down straps from back then still stretch, and can securely fasten bikes. It is a squeeze, but a few times I have put 3 bikes on it, even though it is designed for just two.Travels well. I have taken it on several road trips without incident. Several times for 600 miles trips. No adjustment required. The only thing I have had to do is make a simple overhand knot for the end of the straps to keep them from flapping around in the wind.All this time, and nothing has broken or stopped working. Great product.

Perfect!

I've had this for a few weeks now and have transported my bike about 10 times, including a 3 1/2 drive. It works perfectly, no issues with the bike swaying or hitting the car. The best thing is that it's already assembled, considering how terrible I am at putting things together. Also, setting it up is extremely easy and I didn't have to even read the instructions. The clamps are labeled "Top" "Side" and "Bottom."The only negative for me is that I have a Nissan Versa hatchback and it blocks the rear-window wiper. Correction: this does fit below the rear-window wiper. I realized that I just had to realign it, and it actually seem to be more sturdy this way. So another positive; it fits very easily and is adjustable.

Exactly what I needed to get power into my home

My home has a 30A transfer switch with an exterior L14-30 120/240 volt connector, and I use this cable to connect to my portable generator. The 50 foot length gives me the flexibility of putting my generator in my driveway and is much more convenient than shorter units. The cable is well-made, very rugged and looks like it will last forever. You definitely need one of these to connect your generator to your home.Definitely recommended.

Good cable but not recommended to run at full 7500W

The cable has been working well with our Generac and carries a pretty large load by itself of two furnaces, a sub zero refrigerator, and several lights. However recently we had to add a few extra devices to it, some of which consume 1k plus in wattage. The cable heated up severely even though we were operating at well under the specified capacity of 7500W. The electrician then recommended that we get a separate cable to split the load between the two cables. We've done that and there's been no heating issue since then.

Serious cord

This is a seriously heavy duty cord, and at 50 feet long it should meet all of my backup generator power needs. My only complaint is that on the packaging it states that the product contains lead, and that one needs to wash their hands after handling the product. I wish that was written in the product description, as it would have probably changed my mind about purchasing this product - I have little kids. However, it might be the case that all of these heavy duty generator cords contain lead to meet the durability and flexibility needs of the product, I just don't know though so I'm keeping this cord and will use caution when handling the product.
