great faucet for the price

Ordered this faucet after reviewing what others said about it, and after I decided I wasnt paying 150 + for a similar product from the big box guys. This is a quality item as faucets go, even the drain assembly is metal, which is something you dont see a lot of these days. I will re-iterate what others said about the instructions. They are not good, and if you dont have experience with this type of thing, your better off to hire someone to install it....or call on a relative who is good with plumbing. When I got my faucet, it had been packed with trim that didnt match. I called the seller, and they sent me out the part I needed, with a minimum of explaining by me. I was told this had never happened before. If you buy this product, I think you will be happy with it.

Great Faucet - great quality

This was one of the more affordable wide-set bathroom faucets I was able to find.It came well packaged (cloth protective sleeve to keep the finish from scratching) and all pieces are of top-notch quality.I have no complaints - installed easily, works flawlessly, beautiful finish.My only complaints are that it's slightly smaller than some of it's more expensive competitors. And the inset attachment screws for the handles are somewhat visible.Conclusion: great buy, great product, well-made, gorgeous.

You get what you pay for

My husband and I were trying to provide a facelift for a very out-dated bathroom. Like many, we are upside down in our home and did not want to spend too much on a renovation that we were not going to see a return on in the end. We were going with rubbed bronze finishes to go with some great precut granite we found but were unwilling to pay the 150-200 dollar asking price from the home improvement stores. I looked online and liked the simple, elegeant look of this faucet. However, you very much get what you pay for. The finish scratches and chips very easily. The directions are awful and include absolutely no pictures. Both my husband and I have degrees as shop teachers and it took both of us to configure this faucet. Also, fittings did not line up correctly. After multiple trips to the hardware store and some creative solutions we finally hooked up the water. However, the factory assembled pieces (not pieces that we had to assemble ourselves) were leaking. I'm all for saving money but I probably would have paid a little bit more to have less of a headache.
