Looks good, install a pain

I would have given it 5 starts but the installation was a huge pain and the powder coat was damaged in shipping with rust already forming around the damaged area. Fishing the bolts through the frame is more difficult than led to believe and it hung up on the passenger side exhaust no matter how many ways I went at it. Once it was installed though it looked good and does what it's supposed to. Not too many other options out there for the Mazdaspeed 3.

The receiver seems solid. The installation instructions were understandable and practical. I found the installation to be a little bit more challenging than I expected, though.

I was very impressed with this hitch for my 2010 Mazda 3 5 door. It is a perfect fit. No drilling. It comes with 6 bolts that you need to fish though the frame (it comes with wire to make it easier to fish the bolts). It says it can be installed in 20 minutes. It took me about an hour....with help. I don't think one person could hold the hitch and put the nuts on the bolts.I highly recommend this hitch.
