Slimline Styling

This lamp was purchased for a guest bedroom with a contemorary style but earthy tones. This lamp filled my needs. Although, this is simulated marble, it couldn't be more realistic in it's appearence. For a tall lamp its nicely weighted at six pounds. Had the lamp been made of actual marble, it probably been close to fifty.The quality of this item was fantastic until it came to the lamp shade itself. The color of the shade was a nice compliment to the marble, but the shade material was extremely thin. So fine that the shade has some ripples. It doesn't deter from keeping this lamp, I'll just replace the shade. Great slimline styling gives plenty of room on the night stand.
