Good price for Bulova watch

Without having seen the watch prior to purchase, the face of it was slightly larger than I anticipated. It is not unattractive, but not as attractive as it would have been had it been slightly more petite. The watch seems solid - I have been wearing it daily for a month or so. A minor complaint I have is that the knob to set the time has inadvertently popped out to "change the time mode" on two different occasions, and I didn't notice for a while so I didn't know what time it was (I have no idea how this occurred). I like the bracelet style band, and that if the clasp fails, the entire watch won't go crashing to the ground as has occurred with two different Citizen watches I have owned. Overall, it seems like a sturdy, well made watch that could be slightly more feminine.

Very nice, high quality Bulova

This is a pretty watch. The style of the band is very nice looking with the smaller, rounded links a nice detail that makes it look more expensive than a run of the mill watch. The metal is shiny and looks great with my wedding jewelry. The face is thin and simple.There seemed to be lots of comments on the size that made me think it was going to be a big man size watch. It is not. It is the same size as a typical womens watch, such as a Skagen. The strap of the watch definitely has too many links and will need to be removed, I hope I can find a place to do that for free.The foldover style clasp is secure, and has a nice snap to it. It also cant be seen when wearing; you simply give it a good pull and it pops open, but stays connected. I think this is a great simple, expensive looking Bulova that can be worn with anything and I am very pleased with it.

I had read other reviews that the band is too big, but that was a selling plus for me as I wanted a bracelet watch. I had ordered a Guess watch awhile ago, it was too small and after going online and to several jewelers found No brackets that would fit it so I'm stuck with it and can't wear it. This one is perfect! I had read that some reviews stated that the winding knob would pop out and I have also had that happen a few times to me also but its sure not that bothersome to send it back or review it negatively.
