I already had the large version and bought this to go along with it. I great piece of luggage. I had taken the larger piece to Europe and it really got smacked around and climbed many, many steps, etc. Stunning, yet sturdy. I get compliments at the airports.

Good for Small Trips

I have the larger bag and the carry-on with wheels. The carry-on seems to roll much smoother than this one. Spinners are fine for spinning but if you have a long hike from the baggage claim to your car, spinners are not as smooth as those with built in wheels. In addition, the spinner wheels are easier to break off than those with built in wheels. So if you are planning an overseas trip, this one probably won't work but for short hops or car travel, it is good for a weekend trip

This bag is just perfect and packs a lot for a 21" bag. It is soo classy and I can't wait to use it again.
