The product did not meet expection. The product malfunctioned after 4th use. Also the product was not accompanied with any operating manual.

I bought this and it seemed to work fine at the beginning. However, when I took it to an event to duplicate event videos, the unit malfunctioned after less thgan 100 DVD's and could not make it work no matter what. Not only did I look bad to my employer, we lost money from missing sales. Not good.

After 30 days this THING wont burn. I just threw away $50 in badly burned disks. Is it the burner or the companies products? NO GOOD AT ALL
