Replacement lamp for Acer projector

I began having problems with an Acer projector just shutting off with no warning. I could wait for it to finish the cooling down cycle and turn it back on. It might run for a short while before shutting down again. The lamp was not even half way through its projected life. I was told that it still may be the lamp so I began looking around. Found the lamp here for a good price and decided it was worth a try. Glad I did... projector runs like it was new and is much brighter than I remembered. The lamp was the exact match and installation took less than 5 minutes. Really plug and play once I got the projector down from its ceiling mount. Very happy so far... it has been running 3 to 4 hours every Sunday about an hour every wednesday for a month now.
