Excellent equipment. Good investment

I ordered this product from Amazon 2 days ago and already received it. Thanks Amazon.com The shipping is so fast. The item received is brand new and only thing needed is to put on 2 wheels. I tried it right after that and This Rigid Drum Machine worked flawlessly.My suggestion to customer who buy this product is to read manual book or view DVD that comes with product before operating machine in order to know how to use it the right way and use it for long time without any problem. Rigid product is deserved with its brand

I purchased the K400 drum machine for some 4 in sewer line that had cleanouts installed all over the lines. Even though this is not supposed to be for real roots it cleaned out the tap roots that were in the line along with some mud from a break.I looked at some models from Lowes but after reading reviews and being aware of the quality of Ridgid products I purchased this one.It is a homeowner line and not a plumbers model BUT having said that IF you read all the directions and feed slow it will do the job and wont kink upI highly recommend purchasing the auto feed option, I fought with the 50 foot line manually and wore myself out .I am quite satisfied with this product and recommend it for lite to medium jobs.
