This is a great product. I purchased it after seeing a recommendation on a blog about making baby food.The cubes are each 1 oz., so it is easy to track what volume your baby is eating.The silicone material it is made with is flexible for getting cubes out without much effort. Also when pouring purees into the tray it is easy to get air bubbles out by gently manipulating the flexible tray back and forth and tapping it on the counter.It is dishwasher safe on the top rack, so clean up is very easy. I have been making baby food a few times a week for the past 3 months and the trays haven't shown any sign of wear or damage.The thing I like best, though, is that the cubes come out in perfect squared cubes. So when I pop them in a gallon freezer storage bag they fit so nicely in a neat row for stacking and easy storage. It is kind of anal retentive, I know, but it makes my baby food storage area look so nice and neat! Simple pleasures!
