I purchased these speakers hoping to increase high end clarity and a little bit better mid-bass....These speakers were exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't too sure buying Kenwood over RockfordFosgate or Infinity but the price was too good to pass up. I replaced Rockford two way and four way speakers with Kenwood component speakers and WOW!!! The crispest and clearest sound I have ever had in my car. I usually like to buy the upper end stuff cuz you usually are happier in the end but I didn't have a lot of money to do this upgrade and I am so pleased with this product. I got matching rear 6 1/2 component speakers and they rock. Never heard Pink Floyd sound so good in my car!
