Fun Fun Fun and Rewarding Workouts

I have two pairs of these Kangoo Jumps and LOVE them. I have worn them for over a year on the 2.5 (or more) mile walks I take daily. They are fun, give a new perspective to my well worn routes and HUGE bonus of burning twice the number of calories in the same amount of time taken for these walks in regular footwear. The way they absorb any percussion that joints would take, makes them as comfortable as they are fun. Hills are easier to negotiate up or down as your body stays upright with the compensating curve to the sole. Learn to walk in them and feel confident, takes a few experiences wearing them but is much easier than say for example learning to roller skate. I have only fallen in them when the dog I had tied to my waist bolted after a cat. It was no more harmful than a regular fall would be.They are easy to take on and off and if you have weak ankles these assure they will never be injured as they totally support your ankles.
