Good Buy

For the price is good, but be careful, this DOES NOT RECORD, I bought it thinking it would record but it doesn`t, so its unuseful for me. But good image and nice range.

A step up.........

I started playing around with a security system a couple of years ago, when I bought a couple of 900 MHz, GE 45234 Wireless Color Cameras with Receivers at W**Mart. They worked just OK during the day, but the IR at night was a joke. I have since upgraded these cameras with better 2.4 GHz cameras, but I still needed a good 900 MHz camera in one application, so I tried this one and to my surprise this one works good. This is a 10 times better camera (the receiver is the same one both models), because the night IR works good and the reception is a little better on this model. The bottom lime is: the W**Mart model GE 45234 camera looks and acts like a toy compared to the GE 45246 camera, plus it was cheaper buying this model from Amazon than it was buying the other model from W**Mart. Recommended.
