great supplement to training

This is a great supplement to your training schedule. Great to mix in with open water swims.Highly recommend your some one with a pool not large enough to do laps.

Good alternative to an endless pool swim generator

I've had the swim tether for almost a year now and it provides a good work out. The belt has a quick connect closure which is nice and the company stands behind their product. Would purchase again.

I was nervous ordering something like this for fear that it would not really allow me to work out comfortably in lieu of laps. But this product works great!! If you slow down, it pulls you back towards the pool edge. I use it with a water-proofed i-pod Shuffle and a mask and snorkel. I wear a swim cap to help keep the water out of my ears as well. I also use webbed gloves to increase the resistance. The overall result is probably the best single work-out I can imagine. I love it - swimming and listening to my tunes.
