I waited to write this review because durability is key with an item like this. After just over 1 year, outdoor on the western side of the house with full sunlight the cover looks basically the same as new.Pros:Durability - excellent at 1 yearSize, measurements were accurate and fits well on my grill which slightly shorter but slightly deeper than my grill.Waterproof, water does bead up on the outside, but the grill has not mildewed.The material seems as though it breathes.Bird poop rinses of in rain or with water.Cons: (more of a suggestion)Use a restraining strap (bungie chord) or it will blow away

We have a triple grill, with a gas grill, charcoal grill, and smoker, PLUS a gas burner on the side. We could not find anything to cover this beast and we didn't want it to get ruined in the weather. This grill cover is big enough to cover, has ventilation around it to help keep mold at bay and also has a cord around the bottom that you can tighten to keep it on your grill, even if it is a little big. We have had two terrible storms come through, they sent chairs sailing off our deck....but this grill cover didn't rip and stayed on our grill through the whole thing. It was expensive, but worth the price.

ISLAND GRILL COVER - Absolutely love this cover. Yes it is pricey but this is second year we have used it and it is just like it was the day we bought it. No rotting and tearing like all the other ones we have haf.
