Nifty, easy to use, accurate and comfortable way to monitor blood pressure.

I like this wrist monitor. Here's the ups and some considerations I found with it to help you make your own purchase choice:- It's easy to use, fast and accurate.The wrist band is designed so it goes on quickly (and fits even my super-small sized wrist). With just a push of the button and a few seconds you have a reading. The readings are consistent with the reading on the machines at the drugstore.The display is easy to read and includes a neat feature that shows where your "score" falls in the WHO range (a marker indicates whether the reading is in the green (great), yellow (normal), orange (caution) or red (you're having a blood pressure blowout) range. When it hits the green, it displays a nice little healthy heart.- Tracking system is also easy to use and can be used by two different people.There's two memory banks and each person can use one to automatically save up to their last 60 readings. (Great if you have a competitive health streak with someone in your family). Probably, more helpful - but less rewarding - it also provides an average of your last reads that many others do not.If you are comparing this to other Mabis or brands wrist monitors this one also includes a lifetime warranty most others do not. This is especially good if you are giving it as a gift.CAVEAT: As much as I like this one, I still urge you to comparison shop it. The cost currently listed (around 70 bucks), is more than double of another one I've used and given as a gift, the Mabis 04-795-001 Talking Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor. That one, has all the features of this one (except a shorter 5 yr. warranty), and also speaks the reading out loud (which, though this one has big numbers and is easy to read, makes it better for those that have eyesight problems).BOTTOM LINE: Highly recommended for accuracy, durability, ease of use and nifty features either as a purchase for yourself or gift for someone that needs to monitor blood pressure, but would suggest watching for when this has been marked down some.
