Nice light paddle

I got a chance to try out my new paddle last week and was very happy with it. I got the 230 cm model and it came in just under two pounds which is what I was expecting. (The shorter paddles are a bit lighter, obviously). The unusual connector seems to work well, rotates easily, and provides a very stiff junction. The paddle enters and exits the water smoothly and cleanly with little to no evident turbulence throughout the stroke. It feels quite light and stiff with no flex at all during strokes. It's also strong enough to push off the bottom in sand and mud without fear of it breaking.
