I actually looked for this brand of truffle oil because I had a little sampler from a friend that blew me away. Not only did I find it, I found it in a box of six. I add this too all my salads, meats and pasta with great joy--definitely adds to the cafeteria food they serve in Afghanistan. My war time meals are "molto bene" thanks to this amazing oil.
