Cheaply made Chinese shoes, but costly!

I bought these for work, and I must say that while comfy, they absolutely fell apart. I contacted Heart and Sole and was told basically "tough luck". Had them for about 2 months and the whole top of the right shoe came unstitched. I glued it back and it held, but barely, really hard to glue a stitched shoe seam satisfactorily. Then 3 months later the left shoe did the same thing. I wrote Heart and Sole but they said since it had been 6 months it was too late. I guess I just need to buy $160.00 boots every 2 months so I can be sure the tops will be there when I need them. Thanks Merrell! Thanks Heart and Sole! Way to keep your ciucstomers hap hap happy.

Good Winter Boot

I like Merrell products, always good quality and they are durable. Great boot for snowshoeing and walking the dog.True to size, very comfortable.

Great for freezing weather! Not great for 35 F and above.

This boot is fantastic if you use for its intended purpose - to protect your feet from cold and snow. I do not recommend wearing it when the weather is well above freezing - you feet might get sweaty pretty quickly, and you won't feel comfortable throughout the day as the boot feels pretty heavy.Once again, Merrell Isotherm 8 is great for cold snowy weather and really does the job. It is also stylish enough to wear to work, or casual night out.
