NOT FULLY SATISFIED

WHEN OTHER REVIEWERS MENTIONED THAT PRODUCT DID NOT MAKE THEIR HAIR STRAIGHT, THEY ARE FULLY RIGHT. THE ROOTS OF MY HAIR WAS LEFT AS IF I HAD NOT USED A PRODUCT AT ALL AND THAT WAS AFTER LEAVING PRODUCT ON MY HAIR FOR LONGER THAN 45 MINUTES. OTHER THAN THAT, IT DOES MAKE THE HAIR MORE MANAGEABLE, SILKY, ETC. BUT SO DO OTHER PRODUCTS OF ITS KIND. THE VERY GOOD THING I LIKED ABT THE PRODUCT IS THAT IT DID NOT ALTER THE COLOR OF MY HAIR BY MUCH; I COULD BARELY NOTICE A VERY SLIGHT CHANGE AND THAT CHANGE WAS FAVORABLE. OTHER PRODUCTS HAVE TINTED MY HAIR YELLOW, AN UGLY YELLOW THAT IS HELL TO REMOVE.
