Outdoor Winter Work Gloves

I recently purchased a pair of "Frosty Grips" work gloves from my local Speedway gas station.These gloves feature natural rubber coated palm and finger areas, an acrylic liner and an open back. The rubber palm and finger areas are water-proof, so when you work outside in the snow (like I do) you can brush light snow out of your way, or go digging for that dropped wrench or bolt without ending up with cold, wet hands.The rubber textured finger and palm liners are also very grippy, so you're less likely to end up dropping stuff.The acrylic liner is pretty warm, but also flexible, and the open back provides enough breathability that you don't end up with terribly sweaty hands when you're done with a job.I had previously used an open finger design work glove, which does make fine work much easier, but also leads to colder fingers, more cuts and scratches (why do we bleed so much easier when we're cold?), and they didn't have any rubberized protected areas. Those gloves would get wet, and stay wet all day, which isn't terribly comfortable, especially when it's wet and cold.
