This works great!Used it to keep my Mom's cat out of her bedroom because for some reason it all of a sudden started to urinate on the bed (yeah...yukkkkk!) Had to toss the matress and as a lot ditch effort before getting rid of the cat I suggested a gate as the rooms get too warm with the door shut when the heat's on in the winter months.Long story short; this thing works great! Too tall for the cat to jump over (and it's a jumper!) and closes automatically every time without flaw so no problem if you forget to close it. Also, very easy to install. I had it done in 2 minutes, with no tools. Just make sure the measurements fit your needs (in the description). She actually had a small door way.This is cheaper then pet gates but the same thing.Problem solved in my case and it's been over a year.

Excellent product! We have an American Eskimo Dog who can leap tall buildings in a single bound! This gate is amazing. The curved top is perfect for keeping her in or out of the living room. It is very easily removed if necessary. You will not be disappointed.
