Installation was a breeze

I received the CURT 11920 trailer hitch for my 2013 A3. The installation instructions were clear, concise, and made the whole process a breeze. I primarily plan on using this hitch as a mount point for my bike rack and/or for a light duty tail hitch luggage rack. Total time taken from start to finish was about 2 hours.My only critique is that the bumper support arms of the A3 already have one hole in the top surface of each support bracket and it would be great of CURT could modify their product to take advantage of these holes. It also would be great if they would make a Class II hitch for the A3.
