Excellent Product

Easy install and perfect functionality. Instructions were clear and concise. The cross country trip went well. I will continue to use with my bike rack.

Received hitch and on install found the bolt holes were not drilled properly so I sent hitch back. Amazon QUICKLY sent a new hitch but it too had the holes incorrectly drilled. I contacted CURT this time and they were VERY helpful and willing to send another hitch but after their assurances drilling into the car frame would not weaken the structural strength I ended up drilling a new hole to install the hitch. So even though it did not fit as advertised, it was extremely easy to install. I absolutely love the way they did the fish wire. Made putting the bolts in a breeze. Even with drilling new hole, entire install took only about 20 minutes.
