Worked but....

Got the product on time, wasnt damaged, had instructions. BUT it was a huge pain in the butt to install!!!!! The bolt heads didnt fit into the frame!!! I had to either grind down the heads to make them smaller or make the holes under my car bigger. I have a 2010 ford fusion and expected everything to fit a 2010 ford fusion. I was wrong. It ended up working out but it was a way bigger deal than it should have been. very annoying

Quality hitch and it came packed in a large, thick box that totally protected the hitch with all hardware included. This particular part number hitch (113900) comes without the ballmount, pin and clip - exactly what I wanted since this is for a bike rack and I wouldn't use a ball anyway. Amazon shipped promptly and everything came in excellent condition. With free Prime shipping, I saved a considerable amount of money AND got it in two days.
