Easy Installation

I purchased this hitch for a 2006 Saturn Vue. I am not a mechanic and the installation of the hitch was a breeze (although mechanically inclined, and I do have the tools, jack, impact gun, etc). The instructions were easy to read, only took 30-45 minutes. The only drawback was the wire used to pull the bolts into the bumper, I had to connect another wire, it was too short. All in all, great product!

My expectations were exceded by Amazon and the hitch manufacturer. Originally we received the wrong hitch. We checked all the records and the manufacturer made the mistake. They sent a new on the next day and then had the other one picked up at my house. The hitch itself is good, but the best thing is the service. The mistake was taken care of with speed and kindness that we don't find much anymore.

I purchased this hitch for a 2010 Chevy Equinox. The Equinox has the necessary threaded holes for the hitch. Because the car is two years old and I live in NW PA, the threads were rusted and I couldn't get the bolts started. I had to run a tap through the holes to clean out the rust. This was the hardest part of the job since the holes aren't easily accessible with the tap and tap handle. Once the holes were cleaned up, the hitch installed easily. The hitch looks and feels like it was well made, and it was made in the USA.
