Great Basic Coffee

The name implies that this is a mocha-flavoured coffee - it's not. It's a wonderful aromatic, everyday, unflavoured coffee. You can make a whole pot of this coffee, drink what you want, and leave the rest with the warmer off. Then later in the day when you want another cup, you can just heat it up again and it will taste like freshly brewed coffee all over again. It's also a great blender - I also use it to extend the flavoured coffee I have. It mixes easily without changing the flavour of the coffee you're blending. So I can heartily recommend this coffee just on it's own merit.I think it's important to note that this coffee is "low-acid." My wife has GIRD (Gastro-Intestinal Reflux Disorder.) Otherwise known as heart burn. Most other coffees make her have heart burn immediately, but she can drink this coffee without any problem.

Not what I expected

I thought that this coffee would have a nice mocha aroma or taste, but it doesn't at all. It has more of a burnt taste to it! There is almost no aroma at all. I was very surprised and disappointed. Perhaps I expected too much, since the description made it sound so good! There is nothing special about it at all. I love organic coffee and will try the other kinds the next time I buy from this company. Too bad that I purchased the 5 pound bag! It will take me a long time to get through it before I can try one of the other kinds. From now on, I will only try the 2 one pound bags!

Good Coffee:)

My husband and I have ordered this coffee 3x's, and so far we're pretty happy with it. This coffee says that's low acid, we really can't tell if infact it's low acid, but we like the flavor. I hope you enjoy it too!!!
