Great product, fit perfectly under the seat, nicely made

I don't fly with my dog often, and he is just on the edge of being too big for this carrier. The feature of the pop-out portion was great - with one exception. I was able to pull the carrier out from under the seat in front of me and unzip the extra section so he could move around better. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is that there was no way to keep this section raised - so my dog had to have it resting on his head the whole time. On the flight out, I actually held it up with my foot. On the way home, I got smarter and put a pen in it to keep it up. That worked great. I wish there were some other pockets, but other than that it worked great for me. I recommend it!
