If you have kids and pets, like I do, I don't think this cover will last long. I have had mine for a month and it has snags from use. Which is very irritating considering the price. The little side pocket already has a seam coming apart. It fit my oversized recliner well and definitely improved the look of my chair. My husband actually thought I went out and bought a new recliner! Does need tucked every now and then, but that doesn't really bother me. No kids and no pets, it will probably be just fine.

I am surprised.

Back when my mother had me, my grandmother bought her a lazy boy so she could have a comfortable place to sit with me. It's 28 years later, and now I own the chair. It's amazing how this thing has held up mechanically, but the fabric hasn't been so lucky.So instead of going out and buying some cheap brown chair to go along with the rest of the living room colors, I got this thing.First off, it doesn't quite fit right. I'm surprised at how it has stayed in place so well, but the lazy boy's back has these metal arms it slides off and on to, so you can ship it easier, and this prevents the left and right arm covers from going down all the way.Despite the imperfect fit, the pieces all stay in place perfectly, and the chair looks almost like brand new. I mean, it looks like my chair is wearing pajamas, that's about it. I tried smoothing everything down but it's obviously a cover lol

i wanted to change the color of my furniture to chocolate. i got the maytex piped suede love seat and sofa covers. this recliner piece looked like (from the pics) it would match the other 2 cover good enough but it doesnt. it stand out pretty good. im not returning it because that doesnt matter that much to me. just letting you know if u looking for a complete set this item will not do the trick. i think the picture is a little miss leading.
