Pretty wooden castle for make believe play.

I did a lot of research looking for a princess castle for my 4 year old daughter to get from Santa. [I know she really wanted a Disney wedding castle that is a plastic facade, but that seemed like such a limited castle with no interior and flimsy materials and terrible reviews.] So i ended up getting her the Disney dolls and this castle. This one is believable as far as being made in Santa's workshop:)The quality of this castle is fine. Nicely painted and smooth. It does go together like a giant 3-D puzzle. My brother had fun putting it together with my daughter. No tools required, just follow the instructions. We have moved it in the car and from house to house without it's coming apart. Little brother attacked it once and the pieces were strong enough to only be slightly damaged instead of breaking!I like the courtyard and bridge and the rope ladder. My girl seems to play more on the floor of her room next to it instead of inside like she does with her dollhouses. Her horses have used it as their horse castle a few times. The included figures are of the same quality as the plan toys flexible wooden people. Their clothes are securely on, which is good.It is nice that it would easily be taken apart and stored.Overall, I feel like it is a good purchase and I hope my daughter will play with it for some years to come.
