Men's Milwaukee Gambler Vest by Milwaukee Motorcycle Clothing Co.This is MMCC's top of the line vest. Or at least on their website, it's the most expensive model. That's not saying much. The photo you see is pretty much what you get. The front is in the style of a Levi's Trucker type, or denim jean jacket. The back is made up of 5 pieces of leather sewn together - not a single piece back which would be more desirable, but would greatly increase the production cost. Swiveling riveted lace loops on side of jacket do not appear to be the sturdiest. The laces are thin, and lack strength. YKK Japanese zippers on pockets, and Universal Fastener SK50 snaps on front placket. Thin nylon lining.This is a vest that you can sew club patches on. Sew your patches onto a vest, not a jacket. You can wear your vest over your jacket, or simply over a t-shirt when you go into a nightclub. Only an idiot would wear a heavy motorcycle jacket into a nightclub, on the beach, riding in the desert, into a sauna, or jumping a shark. And remember, you can't fly colors everywhere you go, or all the time. Not everybody in a tuxedo, at your nephew's bar mitzva, needs to know your club affiliation. And let's face it, you look like an ass if you are wearing an MC vest, and driving your girlfriend's Toyota Prius. The vest will roll up nicely and fit into your saddle bag. Once your club emblem and rocker(s) are on the back, the patches themselves & their stitching will aid in easing the stress from the vest's panel seams. Since the vest will most likely be worn over your motorcycle jacket, you will not depend on it for protection.Remove the laces, and re-lace the sides from the bottom up, so that you can tie the laces at the top of the closure. Keep the laces loose to minimize the stress on the hardware. This will allow you to tuck the extra length under the vest. Those loose ends will interfere with items on your belt such as a cell phone, wallet chain, or hand gun. The loose ends could also get caught in moving parts. Do not simply tie and cut off the excess lace. You will need it for later in case you gain weight, or need the full length to wrap around someone's wrist, ankles, or neck.Refer to the size chart. Sizes are exact to measurements provided by manufacturer. Size up if you are bulky, because you will be wearing this vest over your motorcycle jacket.
