Nice product, bad packaging

I bought these along with the set of straight pieces to create an oval garden. The plastic resin is very sturdy and looks more realistic than other plastic garden kits I have looked at. It's much easier than leveling and building a garden out of concrete landscape blocks, which doesn't look very realistic either. The downside is that these are fairly expensive if you want a larger garden or higher layers. The curved pieces arrived in a box that had some plastic padding stuffed in one end, basically keeping the rock wall from rattling around. However, the end tore open and the anchor spikes were missing when I got the kit. It took several phone calls to the manufacturer to get someone on the line (messages weren't returned). However, once I actually spoke to the right person there, she promptly sent a new kit of spikes via UPS. I built the oval garden one section high, or ten inches. It makes a decent-looking raised bed in the back yard.

Sloppy packageing

The box arrived in such poor shape and was so badly taped that two of the spikes fell out in route or were left out when packed. I am not sure which but I am not sure whether I can recommend buying this product on line. When the last two boxes arrive their shape will make up my mind.

The rock wall looks like rock and would probably be okay except the color is slate, a very "blue" slate whereas the pictures all look like sandstone. So it matches very badly with the color of all the other rock in my yard and sticks out like a sore thumb. So, I'm returning. Also, the box arrived falling apart with the pieces obviously pushed back in and taped back together. Product is okay, but not what I expected.
