Improper packaging

When I unwrapped the plastic I noticed the box was wet, so I thought maybe the bottle cracked. So I carefully opened the box to find the bottle in tact. I removed the cap to and liquid poured everywhere bc the interior cap is an open ended pouring spout so you can refill the small sprayer. Not sure why there isn't a proper seal to keep the liquid inside the bottle. Lost about a 1/4 of the perfume bc of this.

The item arrived in a terrible package

The bottle arrived broken and missing almost a half of the liquid.I return it and received my money back.The product is great but the package is terrible.
