Nice Unit, Simple Interface, Burns Well, Very Happy With Performance. Had Problem With First Unit, Company Was Good About Replacement Unit But Took Second Call To Make It All Happen...... They Paid Shipping Both Ways Without Complaint..... Overall Very Happy With Customer Service And Their Responsiveness..... I Will Definitely Buy From Them Again!!!!!

no instructions?

Maybe I'm just daft, but there's no instructions and the manual for this thing is a list of features.I tried to work it last night-copying25 min on one dvd to the same type of dvd, same memory capacity, and it says not enough storage/memory. How can that be?I tried -R and +R dvd'sI'm not a stupid person, but this is difficult to figure out and I'm afraid of erasing something.where do i start? how does it work? their live chat is a joke btw-on live chat hold for over 45 minutes right now.

I bought the economy model. It is fine for my needs. When I asked for minor technical assistance from the maker they were very responsive. I am happy with the purchase, the product and the service.
