Does not work smoothly; handle too big

I got this to match my new sink faucet. You only get full water pressure if it's turned to medium temp. On full hot or cold it's pretty weak. The handle moves with several little bumps instead of smoothly like any other shower - anti scald or otherwise - that I've ever used. Not a big deal but it just feels cheesy.If you're replacing an old faucet w/o the anti-scald feature be aware that you'll probably have to cut a larger hole in your tile to install this. I imagine that's true of any of the anti scald valves. Also, most older shower faucet handles are fairly close to the spigot. This one looks quite awkward when placed near the spigot. If it were about 1/2 way between the shower head and spigot it would probably look fine.The finish is nice but overall I'm not thrilled w/this.

this is a heavy guage cast handels and other parts are nice and heavy. Not like the other cheap pressed or plastic parts you get a surprize with some other manufacturers of faucets. This company is great one time my plumber cut the stem to short. I called up premier and they sent me a new one free. I have bought many of thier faucets never had a problem so farVery chic
