Quality product

First let me start by saying that this hitch fits my 335i even when Amazon says it does not fit. Go to the Curt web site to find the correct hitch and then order it through Amazon for a better price. I found this out the hard way by ordering the hitch twice. I had to returned the first order and pay for shipping, because it was for the 328i.Curt makes a good quality hitch and installed it myself with no problems. There's a good video on U-tube that helped with in install.

Ordered this for my 2009 BMW 335i X-drive.The biggest hassle was getting the 6 exhaust system rubber hangers off. Once that was done, the hitch installed fast and in a straightforward manner. This is my second Curt hitch - I installed one on my wife's 2010 VW Golf, and that was even easier.The main use is for a hitch-based bicycle rack (Thule) and it is a very solid mount for that.
