I ordered the couch and received it in a timely manner. Couch is shipped from and sold by Amazon.com. The couch arrived yesterday and everything looked great; however, it was missing one of the hinges to the back piece of the chaise that attaches it to the frame. I am in an online chat right now with "ashish" who reccomended i ship the entire couch back, rather than they send me 1 six inch hinge. The customer service sucks. He made me sit in silence and have to probe for help the entire time and literally told me to look for the part that is needed on amazon and tell him if they have it or not. I told himt that is his job not mine.The couch itself is not bad. Not the type of couch you expect to last 10 years, but a decent quality looks nice couch GREAT for the price. Cushions are a bit firm but they will soften up in time im sure. The couch with the chaise added a lot of extra sitting room. The chaise is a LOT bigger than it looks. It is longer than the entire couch itself. I would reccomend this item, just hope you dont have to deal with amazon's customer service.****Update on my review, it has been a week and I have still been unable to get the missing part. Amazon tells me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer tells me i have to get the missing part through amazon. Very frustrating situation. Couch is comfortable though.

Great Buy!!!

I bought this couch with doubts. I figured it wouldnt be as big or as nice as the product picture. I WAS WRONG! It looks identical to the picture and the chaise is just as long as the couch itself. I rated it four stars cause the only con i have is that the cushions are real stiff. I imagine after a few months of breaking it in they will become alot comfortable though. Other than that, the couch is beautiful, and perfect. And you cant really beat it for the price. Assembly was a piece of cake. Ive read other reviews of people complaining about the directions to assemble, and honestly its common sense. Im sure i could have put it together if there wasnt any directions at all. I had mine put together in about 40 minutes and fell asleep on it 20 minutes later. Ive had the couch for about 3 days now and im hoping it will last awhile. But honestly i wouldnt hesitate to buy one once a year haha, you just cant beat the price!

The couch was fairly easy to put together. Took a little longer to arrive than I anticipated. You definitely get what you pay for with this item....As in, the couch is cheap and the materials it is made with are also cheap. If you push too hard on the arm rest it will cave in. Either the color from the cushions or the leather rubbed off and stained the sleeves of my sons white shirt as well as his white socks. It is moderately comfortable...Not really comfortable to sit up on, but is pretty comfortable to lounge or lay on.
