Excellent customer service

This is a great company to deal with. I had originally ordered the ECC version of this memory but I needed the non-ECC. Completely my fault. After contacting Komputerbay on my mistake they quickly issued an RMA. I ordered the correct memory for my system and like before the order was promptly handled and shipped. Once they received my return a full refund was issued. Dealing with Komputerbay has exceeded my expectations and have had no problem with any of the memory I have purchased from them. From my past research they have always had the best prices and quality to match.
