Hitch bolted right up with NO problems, to make things easier I backed the car up on to a set of car ramps to give me plenty of working room; I really recomend doing this, also gives you plenty of working room for inlarging the 1 bolt hole that needs to be enlarged, also had my son come over and help to hold the hitch in place while inserting 5 bolts to hold the hitch in place, it just makes things so much easier with 2 people; just wish that they offerd this hitch with a 2 inch reciever because alot of the accesseries that you can get requier a 2 inch reciever, but there is a 1-1/4 to 2 inch reciever adapter that is available & I will be looking in to purchacing 1 of those, I bought this hitch in preperation for a 600 + mile trip that I will be making next month in June to pick some stuff up from my mothers place, will see how it handles a small trailer then....6/10/12...The hitch worked great on a 600 + mile trip back from my moms while hauling a 5 X 9 ft U-haul trailer loaded down with some antique furniture, the only time I heard and noice from it was when going over VERY bumpy roads, if you are going to be driving bumpy roads occasionaly you might want to think about purchacing a hitch stabilizer that is sold here on Amazon & other places....
