Mask frame has ridges placed at strategic points that help you securely grip the mask. Sherwood Crystal Clear Lenses vs. Standard glass lenses have a slight green tint due to regenerative scattering of iron molecules during the tempering process. This green tint can distort true colors and reduces light transmission through the glass. Best peripheral vision ever.

Good news is this mask has the best field of vision of any mask out there. It is a low volume mask and creates a good seal, the only negative that I took one star off was because it is such a low volume mask the top of the frame touches/rubs against my forehead and causes some minor discomfort after 10-15 minutes. Adjust the fit every 10 minutes and I"m fine. This could just be the shape of my head so for me this was the only thing keeping from getting 5 stars.
