Perfect! HonestlyIf you want an inexpensive alternative, you can also use a hot water bottle instead of purchasing a heat pack.

Good product for just starting out using castoroil packs

I like all of the components but haven't had any use for the castoroil wash as I shower after using the pack. The results re aches and pains are good and i will continue to use castor oil packs.
